Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage is specific to the product and its written terms.
Check the product description, packaging, invoice or written coverage terms for the provider, duration and scope.
1. What coverage applies
A warranty applies only where expressly stated for the purchased product. The stated provider, duration, covered faults and exclusions determine the available support. A product-specific warranty is separate from the seven-day request window for eligible arrival issues.
2. Covered and excluded faults
Where covered, manufacturing faults during intended use may qualify. Normal cosmetic use, shade preference, expired or incorrectly stored products, misuse, accidental damage and unauthorised alterations may be excluded under the applicable terms. These conditions do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Making a claim
Contact us with the order reference, product name, description of the fault and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Keep proof of purchase, supplied parts and packaging where possible. Wait for confirmed return instructions before sending an item.
4. Assessment and possible outcomes
The responsible provider may inspect the item. Depending on the actual terms and findings, the outcome may be replacement, refund or referral to the stated provider. No particular outcome or turnaround time is guaranteed before assessment.
5. Arrival issues and complaints
For a wrong, damaged or defective item on arrival, see Returns & Refunds. For a disagreement about handling or an outcome, follow our Complaints Procedure.
